Good news for teachers: the condition of seniority number for transfer of teachers has been abolished, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

There are only 10 days left to submit applications for transfers, as teachers can submit online applications until August 31.

Due to the large number of applicants across Punjab, the link to the transfer app is down.

The provincial education minister assured to restore the online app link today with the support of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).

Provincial Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat said that the application has become chocked due to the applications of many teachers at the same time.

All teachers will have the opportunity to apply, the provincial education minister assured.
