Civil judge Ramzan Dhadi's resignation accepted

Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Aalia Neelum and members of the administrative committee on Thursday accepted the resignation of Civil Judge, Lahore Muhammad Ramzan Dhadi, who had given a resignation due to personal reasons, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Sources told the 24News TV channel that Dhadi would now start legal practice.  

They informed that Dhadi worked as a civil judge for 11 years, four months and seven days.

In this connection, the LHC has sent letters to the law ministry and concerned departments, chief secretary Punjab, accountant general Pakistan Revenue, DG district judiciary, Punjab Judicial Academy, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), the provincial election commissioner and district and sessions judges, intimating them about the resignation.   

There are different opinions in the legal fraternity about his resignation.

Some lawyers hold the view that Dhadi would also prove to be a good lawyer.
