The majority of the people on Wednesday seconded the government's decision to close the shops at 8 pm in a bid to save energy.

In an online survey, sixty percent of citizens expressed their satisfaction with the decision of the government.

The 24NewsHD conducted a Twitter Poll asking if the government’s decision to close the shops at 8 pm was justified or not. Forty percent of the participants opposed the government’s move.

A total of 359 people took part in the poll.
