Another passenger, who was travelling between Islamabad and Dubai, faced difficulty at the hands of PIA authorities.

While returning from Dubai to Islamabad, PIA authorities left Khurram Rafique’s luggage at the Dubai airport. Upon complaining about the negligence of the national flag carrier, he was misbehaved by the FIA authorities at the Islamabad Airport. However, upon the assurances by the PIA authorities to procure his luggage in the next flight, he went home.

Over this melancholy, the helpless passenger protested at the international arrival of the airport. “Despite my registering the complaint against the misbehaviour of the FIA officials, the authorities did not take any action against them,” said the complaining passenger.

In his complaint No 117 in the complaint register no. 2, Khurraf Rafique had lodged a complaint against the FIA officials. “But despite that, the Deputy Director FIA did not bother to meet me,” adding that he will go again to try to reach the FIA Deputy Director.
