One flight was cancelled and four others delayed as fog engulfed Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Amid light foggy conditions the flight operation was continuing at the airport as the visibility at the runway was recorded at 2,000 metres.

Flight PA-461 coming from Rais al-Khaima to Lahore has been cancelled.

The flights which were delayed included flight TK-714 coming from Istanbul to Lahore is facing a delay of 10 hours 30 minutes and flight TK-715 going to Istanbul from Lahore to Istanbul is also facing a delay of 10 hours.
