The Ministry of Railways has appointed Senior General Manager Naeem Sadiq Sheikh as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of railway department for three months, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday. 

He was given the additional charge of CEO for three months after the Prime Minister’s approval. 

It is important to note that Naeem Sadiq Sheikh is the Railway’s senior most (BPS-21) officer.
