Youngster shot dead a day before marriage in Karachi

A house full of wedding guests became a mourning place after a youngster was killed a day before his marriage in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

A case of murder of young Osama Javed has been registered in Korangi Awami Colony police station on the complaint of deceased’s father.

According to details of the case, on Friday night, the family of deceased was supposed to go to the bride's house when Talha, the friend of the deceased Osama, came to take him home.

Osama was not present at home when he returned from the bride's house, the mobile phone was switched off when he called, father's statement in the case.

On Saturday, it was learnt that body of a young man who was shot and killed was found near Darul Uloom and when he saw the body in the hospital, he identified it as his son.

My son Osama was taken by his friend Talha in his car and he killed his son, said the father's statement.

The police recovered the vehicle used in the incident, blood samples were also obtained from the vehicle, police officials said.

Police officials further said that Talha along with two other accomplices shot and killed Osama.

However, accused Talha was taken into custody and efforts are on to nab the other two absconding accused, police officials said.
