A fire broke out on the fifth floor of Gujranwala Medical College (GMC) on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

The fire erupted on the fifth floor and three rescue vehicles launched an operation to distinguish the fire which took several hours. 

According to rescue sources, no casualties were reported but furniture of the college burnt to ashes due to the blaze.
