Kim Kardashian has revealed alarming details about a recent health scare after doctors discovered a small brain aneurysm during a routine scan, a finding medical experts feared could rupture under severe stress.

The 45-year-old reality star, entrepreneur and mother of four opened up about the diagnosis in the latest episode of The Kardashians, explaining that specialists had warned her that her high-pressure lifestyle might be taking a toll on her health.

Kim first mentioned the discovery in the Season 7 premiere last month while talking to her sister Kourtney Kardashian. She shared that doctors had detected a “little aneurysm” during an MRI, which they believed was likely triggered by stress. The revelation left fans and even family members deeply concerned.

In the newest episode, Kim disclosed that the situation was more serious than she initially understood. After consulting a brain surgeon, she was told the aneurysm could rupture if exposed to extreme stress.

An aneurysm is a balloon-like swelling in a blood vessel, and although many never rupture, doctors warn that high blood pressure and chronic stress can increase risks.

According to Kim, this advice was “terrifying,” especially as she balances studying law, filming projects, expanding multiple businesses and raising her four children, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West.

Kim admitted that her workload had recently reached “next level” stress, even causing physical reactions such as hives. “I have four kids depending on me,” she said. “I have to be sane, but this aneurysm cannot be stressed.”

Kourtney expressed concern during the episode, urging her sister to slow down and reconsider adding more commitments to an already packed life. “I’m definitely worried,” she said, adding that Kim often stretches herself too thin.
