Rajab Butt's name finally remove from PCL

Controversy-hit YouTuber Rajab Butt has finally got relief as his name has been removed from the Passport Control List (PCL, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Monday.

The development was shared with the Islamabad High Court during the hearing of a contempt of court petition filed by Rajab Butt.

Justice Muhammad Azam Khan heard the contempt of court proceedings, where the court was informed that Rajab Butt’s name had now been removed from the PCL.

The Islamabad High Court had ordered the removal of his name from the list in April. However, the order was not implemented, which prompted Rajab Butt to approach the court through a contempt petition.

The YouTuber took the legal route after his name remained on the PCL despite the court’s earlier directions.
