Names of former PTI cabinet members to be removed from ECL

The federal cabinet has given the go-ahead to remove the names of former PTI cabinet members from the Exit Control List (ECL), sources said.

They said the Shehbaz-led cabinet approved the withdrawal of names on recommendations of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

However, the insiders said that the names of PTI founder Imran Khan, his spouse Bushra Bibi, Farah Gogi and Zulfi Bukhari would remain on the ECL.

The names KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur, Ghulam Sarwar Khan, Murad Saeed, Parvez Khattak, Shafqat Mehmood, Ejaz Shah, Ali Zaidi, Azam Swati, Asad Umar, Umar Ayub, Mehboob Sultan, Fawad Chaudhry, Farogh Nasim and Shireen Mazari are removed from the list.
