PML-N Gujranwala City Sadar President Pomi Butt dodged an attempt by the Federal Investigation Agency to arrest him, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

The FIA raided Pomi Butt’s house but could not arrest him. The raid was part of the cases of assets beyond means and tax evasion against Pomi Butt, who is a brother of PML-N MPA Imran Khalid Butt.

During the raid, the FIA officials searched Pomi Butt’s house for two hours. Pomi’s family accused the FIA officials of violating the sanctity of the house and harassing the women and children.

The family said the FIA officials also broke door and door glass and pushed the women and children on to the ground.
