The Punjab Home Department has changed all the members of the Joint Investigation Team probing the assassination attempt on PTI Chairman Imran Khan, who had disagreements with the JIT head, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

All those members of the JIT have been replaced who developed differences with their team head. 

The notification of the new members of the JIT headed by Ghulam Mehmood Dogar has been issued with the back date.

The new members include: Muhammad Akmal (Dera Ghazi Khan DPO), Anjum Kamal (SP), and Nasir Nawaz (DSP CIA Jhang). 

The JIT is permitted to pick its fourth member from any department. 

The notification of the new members of the JIT was issued on January 14.
