Fire again erupts in Gul Plaza debris in Karachi

Fire erupted in the rubble of Gul Plaza, Karachi on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Efforts were being made to extinguish the flames till last reports came in.

Also on Thursday, families of 88 missing persons congregated outside Gul Plaza at MA Jinnah Road and tried to enter the collapsed structure in an effort to find their loved ones.

However, the police and Rangers barred them from going inside.

The families appealed to the authorities to find out their loved ones.

Updated list of missing persons put on display

The updated list of persons who had gone missing after Gul Plaza tragedy was displayed at DC South Office.

Unlike the previous list, which included the names of 88 people, the latest list included the names of 77 people because the bodies of some of the victims have been handed over to their families.

The list also includes the cellphone numbers of families of these missing persons.
