Zardari, Bilawal condemn attack on security forces in Bajaur

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and former president Asif Ali Zardari have strongly condemned the attack on security forces in Bajaur, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Bilawal Bhutto expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of security forces personnel and civilians in the terrorist attack.

Bilawal said that the blood of martyred soldiers and citizens is a symbol of our national sovereignty.

“The sacrifices of our soldiers against terrorism are unparalleled and everlasting and sacrifices of innocent civilians martyred by terrorists will not go in vain,” he added. 

He further said that the whole nation is united on the war on terror and implementing National Action Plan (NAP). 

Bilawal expressed his heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the families of the martyred youth and citizens.

PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari also condemned the Bajaur blast.

At least two soldiers and three civilians were martyred during a terrorist attack in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa's Bajaur district on Monday.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the terrorists fired on security forces in Bloro area of the district which initiated a response from the security forces.

"Resultantly, four terrorists were killed. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists," it added.
