Courts across Punjab will observe three holidays on Eid

With the approval of Chief Justice Alia Neelam, Lahore High Court has revised Eid-ul-Azha holiday schedule on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.

According to a revised notification, Eid-ul-Azha holidays in Punjab courts will now be from May 26 to May 28 (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

According to previous schedule, Edi holidays were for May 27 and 28. Now the revised schedule of three holidays will be applicable to the High Court Principal Seat, Bahawalpur, Multan and Rawalpindi Benches.

Moreover, all civil and sessions courts across Punjab will also remain closed from May 26 to 28. Additional Registrar Services Khadim Hussain issued a notification on the orders of the Chief Justice.
