Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz has said she is seeing the government packing up.

She said this while responding to a tweet by TV anchor Hamid Mir. As Hamid Mir called some government ministers out for name-calling Maryam and raiding her hotel room in Karachi to arrest her husband, the PML-N leader said on Thursday these actions of the rulers showed there were in a state of panic.

Responding to party leader Hina Parvez Butt’s tweet that those who wanted to humiliate Maryam were humiliated themselves, Maryam wrote, “They plan and HE plans.”

Responding to another tweet, Maryam wrote, “Don’t lose hope. The fact that things that were earlier kept a lid on by force, are now out in the open is itself a phenomena that will lead to the much required change.”

‘Maryam Nawaz Is A Liar’

Responding to Maryam’s tweet, Dr Shahbaz Gill, special assistant to the prime minister of Pakistan on political communication, called Maryam a liar. He said that Maryam was portraying her personal security guard Shakoor as an intelligence person in plainclothes to get media coverage after the Karachi incident involving her husband’s arrest.
