Two killed, three flee in two police encounters in Lahore

Two accused were gunned down and three escaped from the scene during two police encounters in different areas of Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
These police encounters took place in the Baghbanpura and Shahdara areas of Lahore.
Police said that one accused had died and his two accomplices escaped from the scene during a police encounter in Baghbanpura. The dead accused was later identified as Ehsan.
In another police encounter, which took place in Shahdara, one accused, Farhan, was killed, and his colleague, Farrukh, fled away from the scene.
Crime Control Department (CCD) sources said that both accused were involved in serious criminal cases, including dacoity, snatching.
