Air ambulance may take three days to come: Umar Sharif’s son

An air ambulance would take up to three days to arrive at Karachi to airlift internationally acclaimed comedian Umar Sharif to the US, reported 24NewHD TV channel.
Umar Sharif’s son Jawad Umer informed the media on Wednesday about the latest situation regarding the arrival of an air ambulance. Jawad Umar thanked the Sindh government for arranging the funds for the air ambulance.
The air ambulance will land at Jinnah Terminal of the Karachi International Airport and after medical examination will take Umar Sharif to the US for the surgery.
Sindh government spokesperson Murtaza Wahab said an amount of Rs28.4 million has been paid to relocate Umar Sharif to the US.
Umar Sharif is currently under treatment at a private hospital in Karachi for multiple ailments and had requested Prime Minister Imran Khan to expedite his US visa for surgery abroad.
