Kashif kidnapped Fajar from Batapur area of Lahore for ransom and when he could not receive any money he killed her by strangling her and threw her body in jungle.

The police have recovered the remains of Fajar’s body from jungle and have also arrested the accused.

Fajar’s father Arshad had already loaned Rs1 million to Kashif Raza for doing business.
