4 Indian-sponsored militants killed in DI Khan operation
Security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan District on Monday, targeting Khwarij militants affiliated with the Indian proxy Fitna al Khawarij.
During the operation, security forces engaged the militants and killed four of them after an intense exchange of fire. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the Indian-sponsored militants, who were involved in multiple terrorist activities in the area.
Authorities said that a sanitization operation is being carried out to eliminate any remaining Indian-backed Khawarij in the vicinity.
This effort forms part of the relentless counter-terrorism campaign under the vision “Azm-e-Istehkam”, approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan.
Security forces and law enforcement agencies emphasized that operations against foreign-sponsored and supported terrorists in Pakistan will continue at full pace until the menace is completely eradicated.
