Three friends die from suspected gas leak in Mansehra

The bodies of three young men were discovered in a room of a plaza along the Mansehra-Abbottabad Road, 24NewsHD TV reported on Friday.

The deceased, who were reportedly friends and residents of the plaza, have been identified as Naeem Umar, 17; Waqas Umar, 31; and Zeeshan Siddiq, 32.

Police and Rescue 1122 teams recovered the bodies and transported them to King Abdullah Teaching Hospital, Mansehra, for autospy.

According to the families of the victims, the three men likely died from toxic gas emitted by a generator in the room.

The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
