Lockdown possible if people don’t act responsibly: Firdous

Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said on Sunday that a lockdown would be enforced if people do not act responsibly.
Talking to a private TV channel, she said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has informed the nation about preventive measures against coronavirus and now it is responsibility of people to support and cooperate with the government.
Answering a question, she said at this moment public is not cooperating and option of a lockdown can be used if masses do not act responsibly. She said the prime minister has appealed to the public to cooperate.
