Punjab Governor Baligh-ur-Rehman on Thursday conferred civil awards on various prominent personalities from different walks of life, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The ceremony was held at Governor House in Lahore. Governor Balighur Rehman conferred awards in Lahore at Governor House where actor Shan Shahid and Toqeer Nasir received their awards.  Cricketer Babar Azam was awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz in recognition of his services.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the civil awards investiture ceremony was held at Governor House in Peshawar. Governor Haji Ghulam Ali conferred the presidential civil awards on behalf of the president of Pakistan to eleven personalities of the province for exemplary services in their respective fields.

In Gilgit-Baltistan, the awards distribution ceremony was held at the Governor House in Gilgit. Governor Syed Mehdi Shah conferred five pride of performance awards on behalf of the President of Pakistan to different personalities for their outstanding services in their respective fields.
