Karachi-based three friends on Sunday drowned in the canal of Tando Allah Yar Canal where they visited to celebrate holidays.

According to 24NewsHD TV Channel, seven friends on Saturday night left Karachi for Tando Allah Yar to enjoy their holidays during the lockdown in Karachi. 

All of them safely reached their destination at Tando Allah Yar and also informed their families about their safe journey in the early morning.

Later, they went to the canal where three of them were slipped into the canal. Rescuers reached the spot and retrieved the bodies.

The local police told the media that that drowned youth were residents of Abu-al-Hassan Isphahani Road of  Karachi named Azlan, Abdul Rehman, and Awais. Police handed over the bodies to their families.
