Pakistan logs 49 coronavirus cases; no death reported

Pakistan has logged another 49 coronavirus cases with a positivity ratio of 0.37% and no death during the last 24 hours, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to data released by the National Health Institute of Pakistan on Monday, the total number of tests conducted during the last 24 hours was 13,078. Out of which, the positive cases remained 49, pushing the infectivity ratio further down to 0.37% from yesterday’s ratio of 0.53%. The last 24 hours again remained deathless like yesterday.
However, the NIH reported that 87 people were receiving critical care.

As many as 577,302 coronavirus cases have so far been confirmed in Sindh, 506,974 in Punjab, 219,642 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 135,346 in Islamabad, 35,497 in Balochistan, 43,328 in Azad Kashmir and 11,748 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
The total confirmed cases in Pakistan are 1,529,837; active cases are 3,335 and total fatalities across the country so far are 30,379.
Province-wise, as many as 13,564 individuals have lost their lives to the pandemic in Punjab so far, 8,106 in Sindh, 6,324 in KP, 1,024 in Islamabad, 792 in Azad Kashmir, 378 in Balochistan and 191 in Gilgit Baltistan.
