Nawaz League meeting mulls over political and economic issues

The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders have decided to complete its constitutional term, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported Monday.
The party took the decision in a meeting at the residence of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif also joined the meeting from London via video link.
PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz, Hamza Shehbaz, Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, Aleem Khan, Attaullah Tarar, Malik Ahmad Khan, Khawaja Imran Nazir, and Salman Rafique were among the participants.
The two-hour meeting took up the ongoing political situation, economic issues, and the PTI long march.
It was briefed about the ongoing negotiations with the IMF and the long march announced by former premier Imran Khan.
The PM directed the federal interior to maintain law and order in the country.
Talking to the media after the meeting, Malik Ahmed Khan said the government has no plan to arrest any political worker
It was decided that PML-N would work with its allies to solve the problems of the people, it was told.
