Gunmen shoot dead lawyer in Arifwala

An advocate, Syed Tanveer Shah, was dead on the spot when some accused who were riding a motorcycle opened indiscriminate firing on him in Arifwala on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the details, the deceased Syed Tanveer Shah was on a morning walk in the nearby fields when the assailants opened fire on him.
Syed Tanveer Shah Advocate was a resident of Dhang Shah.
SHO Saddar Police Station said that an accused, Sultan alias Chana, involved in the gruesome murder of Syed Tanveer Shah Advocate.
It is necessary to mention here that the deceased Syed Tanveer Hussain Shah was a member of the Arifwala Bar Association.
Soon after the incident, a heavy contingent of police reached the spot, took the dead body of the advocate into their custody, and started the probe.
