The Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam (Fazl) has shown its displeasure with the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) over its participation in the meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Electoral Reforms, reported 24News HD TV channel.

JUI (F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman barred his party members from attending the meeting of the electoral reforms committee.

Sources informed on Thursday that Maulana Fazl apprised PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi of his reservations regarding the NA Committee on Electoral Reforms. He made it clear that his party would not cooperate with Prime Minister Imran Khan’s government at any forum on this issue, nor would it hold any parlays with it.
