Azad Kashmir govt abolishes Friday as holiday

After approval from the President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJ&K), the government has made a significant change regarding the weekly holiday on Friday in government offices, reported 24News HD TV Channel.

According to the latest notification issued by the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD), now Friday will be a full working day in all government departments of Azad Kashmir, and this notification will be implemented immediately.

All the government departments are directed to implement a complete working schedule for the people's welfare.

The notification is also forwarded to all divisions, universities, government departments, Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Accountant General of Police (AGP), and other relevant department for information and necessary action.
