Punjab Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi on Thursday gave a go-ahead signal to the issuance of arms’ licences to people, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Now the summary will be presented before the cabinet committee after whose approval the issuance of licences will begin.

People will also have the facility to apply for licences by installing an app on their cellphones.
