Four Punjab additional IGPs relinquish charge of their duties

The four additional inspector generals (IGs) who were made officers on special duty (OSDs) have relinquished charge of their duties and new Punjab IG Police Amir Zulfiqar have appointed other officers on their vacant posts, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Saturday. 

Additional IG Establishment BA Nasir, Additional IG Investigation Ghulam Rasool, Additional IG Welfare Farooq Mazhar and Additional IG South Punjab were made OSDs. 

The Punjab IGP Zulfiqar has given the additional charge of these vacant posts to other officers. 

According to the notification, Raja Riffat has been given the charge of additional IG welfare and finance.

Shahzad Sultan has been given the charge of additional IG establishment.

Zulfiqar Hameed has been given the charge of additional IG investigation.

Moeen Masood has been given the charge of additional IG South Punjab.
