Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan on Friday congratulated Ch Parvez Elahi on reinstatement as the Punjab chief minister, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

According to sources, Imran Khan phoned Punjab Chief Minister and called for an early meeting on the current political situation.  Both the leaders will discuss the seat adjustment in detail, party sources said. 

It is believed that a meeting was supposed to be held on Friday on the seat adjustment, but the final meeting could not be held on the CM's de-notification issue. 

It is likely that the Chief Minister of Punjab will soon meet Imran Khan and discuss the political situation in detail. Ch Pervaiz Elahi has already expressed his support for the meeting. 

The sources said that an important meeting between both leaders is expected tonight or tomorrow to discuss the important issues. 

Assembly dissolution including seat adjustment will also be discussed, PTI party sources said.
