Barrister Gohar urges govt to arrange Imran Khan’s checkup from Al Shifa hospital

PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has said that PTI was not informed by the government about the medical examination of Imran Khan from PIMS hospital, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Talking to media, Gohar said that the government has not shared with him that Imran Khan will be shifted to PIMS late night and later shifted to Adiala Jail. Barrister Gohar demanded that medical checkup of PTI founder should be conduced from Al Shifa Hospital in the presence of family and family doctors. 

He urged party workers to register their protests but remain silent. 

PTI leader demanded that in order to run the affairs of the country, all stake holders should response positively. He demanded that there should no issue about the treatment of Imran Khan. 

Barrister Gohar said country was hit hard with the menace of terrorism and unemployment and the country cannot afford more crises. 

He demanded that some path should be adopted that will lead the country towards betterment. 

Barrister Gohar said that he opposed the idea of Liberation Force for the release of Imran Khan. 

He said that, “We want nothing to happen that is illegal and unconstitutional. We will go to every forum and raise our voice, we will come to the streets and even to the parliament, we will also go to the courts, we are still sitting outside the Supreme Court building today”

“We will not do anything that is not democratic”, he added.

Barrister Gohar said, “If it were not for the chairman, he would have said something big about the efforts made regarding the release of the Founder.” 

“I am saying that whatever happened, happened, we are trying to make the situation better. we are doing whatever is under our control, we are doing it sincerely and honestly”. 

Barrister Gohar said that the solution to Pakistan's problems is political. “We tried to sit at the table, but other people didn't come, we weren't being seated at the table.” 

He thanked the government for informing them about the treatment of Imran Khan.
