Abraul Haq withdraws from election race

Noted singer Abrarul Haq announced his withdrawal from the election, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.

“In the current circumstances, I have consulted friends and family that I should not go into the election,” Abrar Haq said.

He added he would announce his plan later. Abrar-ul-Haq was contesting from NA-76 against PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal.
