Hafeez says corona test from private lab comes out negative

Cricketer Muhammad Hafeez said Wednesday that he was positive coronavirus as per Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) testing Report on Tuesday but for the satisfaction, he went through again for COVID-19 from a private laboratory which tested him negative.
Hafeez on his official twitter account said, “After tested positive COVID-19 acc to PCB testing report yesterday, as 2nd opinion & for satisfaction.”
He said, “I personally went to test it again along with my family and here I along with my all family members are reported negative Alhamdulillah. May Allah keep us all safe.”

Earlier, following the announcement that three players bound for England tour had tested positive for Covid-19, the Pakistan Cricket Board on Tuesday confirmed that a further seven players and a player support personnel from a total of 35 have tested positive for Covid-19.
The PCB had organised these 35 tests in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar on Monday.
Players who had tested positive were: Fakhar Zaman, Imran Khan, Kashif Bhatti, Mohammad Hafeez, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Rizwan and Wahab Riaz
Players who had tested negative were: Abid Ali, Asad Shafiq, Azhar Ali, Babar Azam, Faheem Ashraf, Fawad Alam, Iftikhar Ahmad, Imam-ul-Haq, Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Abbas, Naseem Shah, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Shan Masood, Sohail Khan, and Yasir Shah.
