Pakistani singer, actor, and composer Azaan Sami Khan has shared his thoughts on privacy, marriage, and faith.
The singer explained that why he chooses not to post photographs of his wife on social media.
In a statement shared online, Azaan said that he does not intend to share pictures with his wife because he believes his faith does not permit it.
According to him, marriage is a beautiful and sacred bond, and one way of honoring that relationship is by maintaining privacy and observing parda.
“Main apni biwi ke sath tasveer nahin lagaunga kyunke mera mazhab iski ijazat nahin deta. Nikah ek khubsurat rishta hai, aur uska ehtaram ye bhi hai ke biwi ko parde mein rakha jaye,” he stated.
(I will not take pictures with my wife because my religion does not allow it. Marriage is a beautiful relationship, and its respect also includes keeping the wife veiled.)
