Eight Indian sponsored Khwarij terrorists killed in Tank IBO
Security forces killed eight Indian sponsored Khwarij terrorists during an intelligence based operation (IBO) in Tank District, said a statement issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Friday.
According to the ISPR statement, on 24 October 2025, on reported presence of Khwarij belonging to Indian Proxy, Fitna al Khwarij, Security Forces conducted an intelligence based operation in Tank District.
"During the conduct of the operation, own troops effectively engaged the Khwarij locations, and after an intense fire exchange, eight Indian sponsored Khwarij were killed.
"Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed khwarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against the Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies, as well asthe killing of innocent civilians.
"Sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored Kharji found in the area as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country."
