Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah enumerated Sunday the steps for the welfare of labourers, provision of quality food items at Ramazan bazaars, and compensation for victims of Mehar fire victims, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, the Sindh chief minister said that the labourers faced difficulties due to inflation.
He stated that an objection was raised on fixing Rs25,000 as the minimum salary of a labourer by the Sindh government, adding the industry owners went to the court against the decision of the Sindh government.
“Thank God! Now our decision will be implemented throughout Pakistan,” he pointed out.
“Imran Khan sometimes claims there was a foreign conspiracy against his government, and sometimes he says institutions were not with him,” Murad said deploring contradictory statements of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman.
“Imran Khan was ousted in a constitutional manner,” he added.
“We have to complete the work of five years within one-and-a-half year,” Murad stressed, adding that talks with K-Electric were underway over increase in the duration of loadshedding in Karachi.
The Sindh chief minister also stated that subsidy was being given on ghee and flour at Ramazan bazaars, adding that the provincial government had also launched Bachat bazaars in Sindh.
He also said that the victims of the Mehar fire incident had been compensated within 36 hours by the Sindh government.
