Three FC personnel martyred in attack on FC fort in Hangu

Three FC personnel were martyred and 17 others were injured after Fitna al-Hindustan terrorists attacked a Federal Constabulary fort in Torawari area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Hangu city, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Operations Asad Zubair said that the police along with the FC retaliated against the terror attack, forcing the militants to flee.

The police officer further added that the injured personnel shifted to Doaba Hospital.

After the incident, the police gunned down one of the terrorists' facilitators in an encounter after he opened fire on the security personnel. Also, a police search operation was underway after attack on the FC fort, said the district police officer (DPO).

Mohsin Naqvi condemns attack on Hangu Fort 

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has strongly condemned the Fitna al-Hindustan terrorists' attack on a Federal Reserve Police Fort in Hangu.

The Interior Minister paid glowing tributes to the three brave policemen of the Federal Reserve Force who embraced martyrdom during the attack.

He also directed authorities to provide best medical facilities to the injured policemen. Mohsin Naqvi said that the FRP personnel sacrificed their precious lives for defending the homeland.

He saluted the bravery and courage of martyred policemen. He also prayed to Almighty Allah for the early recovery of the injured persons.
