IHC to hear PTI’s miscellaneous petition tomorrow on 190m pound case

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has decided to hear miscellaneous review application of the PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi seeking suspension of their sentences in 190 million pound case. 

A two-member bench of IHC comprising Acting Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan will conduct the hearing of the case tomorrow (Thursday). 

Islamabad High Court Registrar Office has approved the application and fixed it for hearing on Wednesday. 

PTI Founder's miscellaneous plea was filed for early hearing on medical grounds. However, the main review petition case was not fixed yet. The last hearing on suspension pleas was held on September 26, 2025.
