Brooklyn Beckham cashes in on family feud buzz
Promotes Cloud23 hot sauce inspired by David Beckham
Brooklyn Beckham has been accused of capitalising on the frenzy surrounding his very public family feud as he moved swiftly to promote his hot sauce brand, Cloud23, just days after releasing a bombshell statement about his parents.
The 26-year-old entrepreneur emailed subscribers of his fledgling food venture, urging them to revisit the origins of the £14-a-bottle brand in a glossy message titled “The History Behind The Heat.”
The timing raised eyebrows, coming hot on the heels of Brooklyn’s explosive six-page statement in which he claimed he no longer wished to reconcile with his famous family.
In the promotional email, Brooklyn, now known professionally as Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, posed alongside his product and praised the “flavourful foundations” of Cloud23.
The message described the brand as being driven by his “passion for exploration in the kitchen” and inspired by diverse cultures and global flavours, encouraging fans to “connect in the clouds.”
However, the email notably failed to mention that the number 23 in the brand’s name is a nod to his father David Beckham’s iconic shirt number during his time at Real Madrid and LA Galaxy.

Brooklyn has previously acknowledged the connection, with his team once confirming that the name was a “warm nod” to David, who famously wore the number 23, inspired by NBA legend Michael Jordan.
Brooklyn launched Cloud23 in 2024, with both David and Victoria Beckham publicly supporting the venture before tensions reportedly escalated within the family.
He has since applied to trademark the brand in the US and has spoken openly about pouring more than two years of work into the project, calling it a “passion project” he put “everything into.”
The latest promotion comes amid intense scrutiny of Brooklyn’s relationship with his parents. Earlier this week, he accused David, 51, and Victoria, 50, of attempting to sabotage his marriage to wife Nicola Peltz, 30, and made shock claims about his wedding day in 2022.
He alleged that Victoria danced “inappropriately” with him during the reception, a claim later disputed by wedding DJ Fat Tony.

Appearing on This Morning, Fat Tony described the moment as “really awkward” but insisted it was a misunderstanding sparked by singer Marc Anthony, adding that Nicola left the room in tears after Brooklyn’s first dance was unexpectedly with his mother instead of his bride.
