The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has claimed that its leader Ata Tarar and party workers have been arrested, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Sunday.
The report cited the PML-N leadership as saying that Alipur Chatha police arrested Ata Tarar with scores of his supporters.

Maryam Nawaz, daughter of ex-PM Nawaz Sharif and PML-N Vice president, took Twitter to condemn the arrests.
