ECP wants action against Raja Pervaiz Ashraf’s brother for humiliating police

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has sprung into action over a video showing the brother of National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf's brother humiliating a public servant in a public address.

According to sources, the commission called upon the Punjab chief minister, chief secretary and IGP to take action against insulting and threatening a police officer.

If stern action is not taken, the election commission will intervene, the sources added.
