CM Maryam commends PA Speaker for holding successful budget session

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz held a detailed meeting with Speaker Ahmad Khan in Lahore and congratulated him for holding the Budget-2025-26 session successfully, reported 24NewsHDTV channel on Wednesday.

During the meeting, Punjab Assembly Speaker Malik Ahmad Khan thanked the Chief Minister for the allocation of record funds for education, health and development projects in the province.

Maryam Nawaz said that all goals regarding people's welfare and good governance will be achieved at all costs.

The Chief Minister said that Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) represents the people and which also started different development projects for the welfare of the general public.

She said that by distributing laptops and Honahaar Scholarships, she is not taking advantage instead giving them their due right.

Maryam Nawaz said that her entire focus is welfare of the people.

On the occasion, Punjab Assembly Speaker Malik Ahmad Khan said that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz won hearts of the people by introducing a tax-free budget.

He said that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz brought forward the development vision of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) President Mohammad Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif by introducing different development projects.
