Gauahar Khan shuts down critics targeting her for working during pregnancy
Muslim Indian actress Gauahar Khan has offered an unapologetic response to heavy trolls targeting her for continuing work during pregnancy, saying clearly in an interview with FilmyGyan: “ I work because I am passionate about and when I have to rest, I rest many days."
Gauahar Khan, known for her versatile acting and modeling powers, recently sat down with FilmyGyan, where she was asked about her bold decision to keep working during the third trimester of her second pregnancy, also regarding the criticism and trolls she has been confronting for the same.
Giving a befitting response to the queries, Gauahar mentioned that she continued working amidst the pregnancy as she feels energetic, passionate, and of course capable, stating that she would definitely rest when she personally felt the need to do so.
"Why am I working? It is something that I am passionate about. I love it and love being in front of the camera. It is what I have been doing for the last 25 years of my life. Allah ne mujhe capable banaya hai ki mei kar sakti hu. Uppar wale se aap kya dua karte hoh? Achi sehat ke liye aur ache karam ke liye. When I can rest, I am rested. I am very well taken care of, Allahamdullilah. When I have to rest, I rest many days," she detailed in the conversation.
Gauahar Khan and husband Zaid Darbar are expecting their second child, which has sparked a wave of excitement among fans. Taking to their Instagram handle, the happiest couple shared the good news with their fans through a very fun dance video from a picturesque location.
