Shehbaz Sharif did not invite his niece Maryam Nawaz to the dinner he hosted in honour of the opposition leaders on Monday, 24NewsHD reported on Monday.

According to sources, Opposition Leader in National Assembly Shehbaz and ex-PM Nawaz Sharif's daughter Maryam did not meet though she was in Islamabad. 

Maryam has emerged as one of the prominent leaders in the united opposition campaign, the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM). During the Senate Elections in March, the PPP and ANP quit the PDM and Maryam was against the rejoining of these parties.

PPP leaders Yousuf Raza Gilani, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, and Sherry Rehman, and Amir Haider Hoti of ANP attend the dinner and Shehbaz invited the PPP and ANP to rejoin PDM.
