Qawwal Sher Miandad, who came under dacoits attack on Friday, is stated to be out of danger. 

Sher said he is grateful to his family, friends and fans for their prayers. 

Qawwal Sher Miandad was critically injured after his vehicle was fired at by dacoits. 

The incident occurred in Madina Town when Sher Miandad was returning home from an event.

The dacoits looted two mobiles, cash worth two lakh rupees and other valuables from him and opened fire at him before fleeing, reports said.

Sher Miandad is receiving treatment at Civil Hospital where his condition is said to be out of danger.
