Well-known stage artist Birju Khan died after suffering a cardiac arrest in Lahore on Saturday evening.

According to the 24News HD TV Channel, Birju had a heart attack that proved fatal and he couldn’t survive.

Initially, he felt some pain in the chest, his family members immediately rushed with him to the hospital but he passed away before getting treatment.

According to the family members, rituals of funeral prayers of the deceased would be announced later.
