Several officers reshuffled in federal bureaucracy

Important appointments and transfers have been made in the federal bureaucracy, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

The federal government has appointed Major General Qaiser Suleman as Additional Secretary (IV) of the Defence Division.

The appointment of Major General Qaiser Suleman will be counted from August 6, 2025, on the basis of secondment and will remain in effect until further notice.

In addition, the federal government has removed Grade 21 Secretary to the Attorney General for the Pakistan Office Irfan Anjum from his post and directed him to report to the Establishment Division.

Joint Secretary of the National Food Security Division Khizar Saleem has been transferred and appointed as Secretary to the Attorney General for the Pakistan Office.

Furthermore, the notification to hand over the services of Grade 20 OSD Arshad Farid Khan to the Virtual Regulatory Authority has been cancelled, and he has been directed to report to the Establishment Division.

The Establishment Division has issued official notifications of appointments and transfers.
